Actress Kim Ah Joong mistakes miss A’s Suzy as a Wonder Girls member

Actress Kim Ah Joong apologized to miss A‘s Suzy for mistaking her as a member of Wonder Girls.

On the September 29th broadcast of KBS‘s ‘Entertainment Relay‘, the actress and her co-star Ji Sung, from the film ‘My P.S Partner‘, were interviewed on the set of the movie poster photoshoot.

The reporter asked the two which idol member they’re interested in, to which Ji Sung brought up [miss A's] Suzy. When asked whether he knows what group she’s in, Ji Sung was hesitant to answer so Kim Ah Joong confidently answered, “Wonder Girls,” causing everyone to laugh.

The actress immediately caught up to her mistake and blushed from embarrassment.

VIXX aims to be globally recognized like Psy

VIXX recently shared a friendly snapshot with worldwide sensation Psy and revealed their wish to become like him.

VIXX’s leader N shared on his Twitter on the 25th, “VIXX will work hard to become world stars! Luck is when effort meets opportunity… I will always remember that!”, along with a snapshot taken with Psy.

Psy was recently featured in an MBC Special documentary and was quoted saying, “Luck is when effort meets opportunity”, when explaining his unexpected success through “Gangnam Style“, which seems to have given hope to the rookie group.

Psy recently returned to Korea after three weeks of promotional activities in America. Meanwhile, VIXX is currently promoting their latest single, “Rock Ur Body“.

SHINee show their support for sunbaes TVXQ

On the 26th, SHINee‘s Key posted a picture on the group’s official me2day with a message of support to TVXQ.

He wrote, “Tony Testa, who helped out on SHINee’s “Sherlock” and for TVXQ sunbaenim’s comeback, came to see the concert. We shot shot shot shot a photo. I’m looking forward to “Catch Me“ haha.” He attached a photo of himself, his groupmates Jonghyun and Taemin, TVXQ, and choreographer Tony Testa.

Tony Testa is a famous choreographer who choreographed the “Sherlock” dance and also the “Catch Me” dance. Key has proved his friendship with the choreographer and shown his support for his labelmates at the same time with the photo.

BoA has also tweeted in support for “Catch Me”. The song is currently ranking high on various music charts.

2NE1′s Dara apologizes to MBLAQ’s Thunder for her “scary hairstyle”

On the upcoming episode of MBC Every1‘s ‘Idol Manager‘, 2NE1‘s Dara sent a heartfelt letter to her younger brother, MBLAQ‘s Thunder.

The theme for this week’s episode is a healing workshop for MBLAQ. The members will read handwritten letters sent from their families, and footage of them practicing their choreography will be shown. Thunder especially garnered interest for receiving not only a letter from his mom, but his older sister, Dara of 2NE1.

Dara’s letter was revealed and contained a heartfelt message of love and support for her younger brother as well as some pocket money, making the MBLAQ members jealous She wrote, “I also want to be a pretty older sister, so I am sorry for getting a scary hairstyle,” leading everyone on set to burst into laughter.

This episode of ‘Idol Manager’ will air on September 28 at 6PM KST.

[Spoilers]Super Junior’s Siwon reveals his chocolate abs for ‘King of Drama’

SBS’ ‘King of Drama‘ revealed still cuts of Super Junior‘s Siwon clad in nothing but a towel around his waist.

Siwon is receiving attention for his trademark sculpted body complete with chocolate abs. He recently filmed a scene in which his character was hiding from being cast by various production companies. Eventually, he’s found by Jung Ryeo Won‘s character, a rookie writer. She kidnaps him without even giving him a chance to wear clothes, and he wore only a towel around his waist for the scene.

Siwon said, “I was nervous because it was the first shooting. I’ve been waiting for this shoot, and the day passed by really fast. As they say, if the start is good, the ending will be good, and the first shooting went without a hitch. I feel like this will be a good drama.”

‘King of Drama’ will start airing November 5th.

Leeteuk tweets about his final recording of ‘Star King’

Super Junior‘s Leeteuk announced that he has filmed his last episode of ‘Star King‘.

On the 26th, he revealed an appreciation plaque he received from the SBS Director for his appearance on ‘Star King’. He tweeted, “The SBS Director gave me an appreciation plaque! For 5 years on Star King, I moved step by step from the corner seat to the assistant MC to the main MC… It’s a program that gave me a lot of experience and taught me a lot. I filmed the last episode last week“, and uploaded a photo of the appreciation plaque.

He then tweeted, “All the guests we’ve had, all our viewers and the celebrity panel that worked hard even through the long recording!! Writers, PD, and all staff members who worked so hard, thank you for your hard work…!!!! Stars among stars, king among kings~~ Star King!! Please show a lot of love from now on as well!!”

SHINee’s Taemin reveals his affinity for draft beer

SHINee‘s Taemin revealed that he enjoys drinking draft beer.

On September 26th, Taemin, his bandmate Onew, actress Kim Jung Nan and CNBLUE‘s Jonghyunwere guests on ‘Radio Star‘. Taemin confessed that he enjoys drinking draft beer with chicken ever since he was able to legally drink. When the MCs asked, “I heard you experienced something amazing recently“, Taemin answered, “I drank draft beer at a chicken place. I ate chicken with the beer, and it just kept going in” and admitted that he had fallen to the charms of chicken and beer.

When asked about soju, Taemin answered, “I like drinking soju when it’s raining.” MC Yoon Jong Shinpredicted, “In the coming fall, he’s going to be mixing beer and soju together.”

Taemin also revealed, “SHINee’s curfew is at 3AM, so I’m home by myself quite often.” The MCs suggested, “You should install a draft beer machine at home.”
